HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
Joining is easy! Just click the Create An Account button to get started. Once you're registered with our store and attain the required 25 lighters, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn points!

HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
You can earn points (lighters) by completing in-app tasks, to making purchases! The rewards that are available to you through the 25 Lighters Program is based on the number of points (lighters) that you earn. Simply click on the 'STASH SPOT' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities. In addition, make sure to check back often, as we're adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time! Once you complete a task, most of them will be removed from your account and another may be added. It's important that we know your name and social profiles in order to match the information with your accumulated points.

HOW MANY POINTS CAN I EARN DAILY?
A maximum of 2 drinks, per "to-go" order, per customer, is eligible for points. For example, if you purchase 4 small drinks in 1 transaction on Wednesday, you will only be awarded the points associated with 2 of those drinks. (We will award points (lighters) on the greater purchase amount of the drinks you buy. We want you to win!

Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. Just visit the 'Rewards' tab to view all of our exciting reward options.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward. A code may pop up for you to use online or in-store, but whichever one you choose, please be sure that you are ready to use it as it will decrease your points as soon as you click 'Redeem'

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed at the top of your REWARDS page

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO BEGIN EARNING POINTS?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. We do require a minimum entry of 25 points to start accruing rewards however. Make sure to visit the 'STASH SPOT' tab to get started.

DO I HAVE TO ENROLL OR REGISTER IN INDIVIDUAL PROMOTIONS?
Once you register for an account, and accrue 25 points, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately! See T&R

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion, unless otherwise noted, points (lighters) may take within 24 hours or longer to be added to your account for eligible purchases.

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, your points may have a expiry date, usually (3) months, or 90 days after the calendar month in which points (lighters) were accrued. For example, if you earned points December 15, 2022, they will expire March 15, 2023. Your oldest accrued points will be used first for all redemptions.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
Faded Daiquiri's does not allow returns on any type of drink orders due to sanitary reason. Returns are allowed on Faded all Faded Merchandise and other applicable promotions. When you void an item, or do not attain the promotion you originally completed, you lose the associated points you originally earned by buying the item, or completing the promotion in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 –Or, say you liked one of our social media pages for 25 points, and then we find that you unliked/unfollowed it, we will manually remove the points awarded to you, so it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place. In the case of our 1 time promotions for points, you will not be eligible to participate in that same promotion again for points

I'M VERY CLOSE TO EARNING A REWARD. CAN I BUY EXTRA POINTS TO GET THERE?
We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab. Points (Lighters) cannot be bought.

I REFERRED SOME FRIENDS, HOW DOES THAT WORK?
Referrals may limited to 3 per day for the "referrer" to gain points. You will receive 3 points for their purchase. The "referral" (friend) may receive a 5% discount on 1 drink purchase. Referrals may purchase more than 1 drink, no problem, but only 1 drink may be discounted and are not valid for points (lighters). For example, the person you referred came in and bought 3 drinks, 1 drink will be discounted at 5%, and no points will be given. The other 2 drinks purchased will be valid for points, given that the referral (friend) has an eligible rewards account set-up with us at the time of purchase.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL EMAILS?
From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I EARN POINTS ON?
You may not earn points in connection with separate beta or separate store promotions/programs*, or products used in connection as rewards such as items deemed as "extras" on Faded Daiquiri's menus. Taxes, tips, donations and fees, including without limitation, delivery fees and certain Faded Merchandise.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?
Your points (lighters) and rewards account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for commercial purpose. You may only have (1) Rewards account that is personal to you. OTHER TERMS & RESTRICTIONS: Without notice to you, Faded/Faded Daiquiri's reserves the right to suspend any account, and/or terminate rewards and your participation in the 25 Lighters program, in its sole discretion, if it determines that you have violated any of these Terms of Use, or that the use of your rewards account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. REVIEWS REWARD: We ask that you DO NOT leave any review on our business, services or products without having been a customer at least once (1 time), and any points accrued for this reward without proper verification from the Faded/Faded Daiquiri's team, will result in the removal of the points and result in your termination of the 25 Lighters Program, rewards system.
